Two-Way Street

Nat, Zach and their daughter Lilly are looking at old photos.

Zach: Lilly, look at this picture of Mommy and Daddy.

Nat: That’s when Daddy still really liked Mommy, was nice to her and did all sorts of romantic things.

Zach: Relationships are a two way street, Lilly.

Nat: Some are one-way.

Zach: And on those streets men are always going the wrong way.

Nat: I thought you were supposed to be good with directions?

Zach: Men are always paddling up stream with women.

Nat: Now we’re talking water? I thought we were on roads?

Zach to Lilly: See my point?
