Ice Cream Social

I love that most of our family members (unintentionally) dressed in pink.

First comes cake.

on sprinkle plates.

Next up: ice cream! With these scoops, cups and candy cones.

The grandmothers got to work. Seriously, the party wouldn’t have functioned without them.

Her second station of command. If not at the dessert table, she oversaw the presents and asked every five minutes when she could open them.

Back to the toppings.

Others followed suit. If the birthday girl’s doing it…

I always have guests sign something so Lilly can remember who was there one day. This year, it was this ice cream truck puzzle.

She finally got to open her presents and wasted no time putting on one of her many costumes and breaking out the bubble mower complete with #partyhairdontcare, dirty feet and face… She was a hot mess by the end, which is a sign of a good time.

We ended the evening with family and friends outside, ordered in pizza, plenty of rosé and laughter. It was the perfect day. Thanks for following along with us. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
