The Day Daddy Had Boobs

Flashback Friday to a very green daddy-to-be on set of the talk show I produce, Home & Family on the Hallmark Channel. My fellow producers devoted an entire two-hour episode to us and threw the most amazing baby shower.

What Lilly’s dad didn’t know was that he had to compete in a relay race that entailed diapering a baby, putting her in a carrier, setting up and breaking down a pack n’play, putting together a stroller, fastening baby girl in and then running- kid in tow- to the finish line.

Did I mention he had to do all of this in a weighted pregnancy vest (a.k.a. boobs and belly)?

I’ve never laughed harder in my life. Ahh… it was a good day.
